From Bobcats with 180° rotating wing snowplows to clean areas no other equipment can reach, to trucks outfitted with efficient salters and durable snowplows so we aren’t stuck fixing equipment when it matters most. Not least of all, we’re excited to introduce liquid brine into our operations.
Liquid brine offers immediate results by preventing snow and ice from bonding to the pavement, making it easier to clear. It also reduces salt usage by up to 30%, making it an environmentally friendly option that saves costs. Additionally, brine remains effective in lower temperatures, ensuring your property stays safe even during extreme cold snaps. This enhancement allows us to manage ice and snow more effectively, providing better service and quicker results for your property.
2024 Winter Outlook
The previous five winter seasons have been diminished compared to the past, and we know it. The data shows less overall snowfall, leading to more small events and unpredictable ice storms. However large snowfalls are always a possibility at any point in time.
We’ve restructured our contracts to better reflect recent snowfall trends. By adjusting our lot clearing and salting rates accordingly, we’ve lowered our seasonal contract rates and developed a hybrid system including reduced ‘per push’ rates in the event of excessive snowfall amounts.
This means lower up-front cost to you, while still ensuring your property remains safe during those inevitable winter storms. It’s a win-win approach designed with your best interests in mind.
